01What the app stores on your phone
To build and track your taper plan, the app stores the following on your device only:
- Your starting point: the type of device you vape, your nicotine strength, how much you vape per day, your chosen pace, your start date and any goal date.
- Cost details: the price and size of your pods or bottles, and your currency, used only to calculate money saved.
- Your plan: your taper schedule and any steps you have adjusted.
- Your logs: puffs you record, and cravings you record — including their time, intensity, trigger, what you did to cope, whether you resisted, and any note you choose to write.
- Milestones you have reached.
- App settings: reminder preferences, units, currency and price, whether you have unlocked the full plan, the last plan step you were notified about, and whether the app has already asked Google Play to show its rating prompt.
We do not receive any of this. It is stored in the app’s private storage on your phone, which other apps cannot read.
02What we collect
Nothing. The app does not collect, transmit or share any personal information, usage data, device identifiers or location. It contains no advertising, analytics, tracking or crash-reporting software.
The app does not request internet access from Android, so it has no way to send data off your device.
03Purchases
The full taper plan is a one-time purchase made through Google Play.
- Payment is processed entirely by Google. We never receive your card number, billing address or other payment details.
- To know whether you have unlocked the full plan, the app asks the Google Play app on your phone for your purchase status. That check happens on your device.
- Google’s handling of your purchase is governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
04Backups
If you have Android backup turned on, your phone may include this app’s data in its backup to your own Google account, so your progress is restored if you change or reset your phone. This backup is created and stored by Android and Google, not by us, and we cannot access it.
You can turn Android backup on or off at any time in your phone’s settings (usually Settings → Google → Backup or Settings → System → Backup).
When you move to a new phone using Android’s device-to-device transfer, the app’s data may be copied directly between your devices.
05Exporting your data
You can export your puff and craving logs as a CSV file from Settings. The file is saved only where you choose. Once exported, the file is under your control — we never receive a copy.
06Reminders and ratings
The app’s notifications (the optional daily reminder, the notice when a new step of your plan starts, and milestone notices) are created and scheduled on your phone. Nothing is sent to a server to produce them.
Once, after you have completed at least one step of your plan, the app may ask Google Play to show its standard rating prompt. Google decides whether it appears. If you leave a rating or review, it goes to Google Play under your Google account and is governed by Google’s terms; the app itself does not see or send it.
App shortcuts (“Log puff”, “Craving SOS”) only open screens in the app.
07Permissions

The app does not request access to the internet, your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos or files.
08How long data is kept, and how to delete it
Your data stays on your phone until you delete it.
- Delete everything in the app: Settings → Reset all data. This permanently removes your profile, plan, logs and milestones from your phone. Your app settings (listed in section 1) stay until you uninstall the app.
- Uninstall the app: Android removes all of the app’s data from your phone.
- Backups: anything already included in an Android backup is managed through your Google account settings.
Because we never receive your data, we hold nothing about you that we could delete, correct or hand over. Your rights over your data — to access it, correct it, export it or erase it — are exercised directly through the controls above.
09Children
The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone — including children.
10Health information
The app records information you choose to enter about your vaping and cravings. It stays on your device and is used only to show you your own plan and progress.
This app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
11Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above. If a change affects how your information is handled, we will explain it in the app’s release notes before it takes effect.
